Skilled Independent Subclass 189 Visa

This is a permeant residency visa which invite professionals with migration points required by the Australian government at the time of invitation. This visa holders can live and work anywhere in Australia.

Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 Visa

This is an Australian state or territory government nominated permanent residency visa. This visa helps professionals to migrate to Australia permanently with skills and migration points required by the state or territory government. Migration criteria for each state or territory governments can be varied.

Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional Visa

This is a temporary residency visa with conditions to live, work and study in a designated region of Australia. An Australian state or territory government agency or an eligible relative must nominate for invitation. Apart from Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney ‘s postcodes, all other parts of Australia are considered as a designated region. After fulfilling the conditions, this visa can be converted to a permanent residency visa. There are two streams of subclass 491 which are regional and relative visas.

Subclass 887 & 191 Visas

These visas are permanent residency visas. Subclass 489 or 491 visa holders can apply respectively for 887 or 191 visas if  they complied with the conditions of an eligible visa when in Australia. These visa holders can live and work anywhere in Australia.
