Subclass 888 VISA BUSINESS INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT (PERMANENT)

This visa is the second stage of the Business Innovation and Investment visa. Applicants can apply for this 888 permanent visa after holding the 188 provisional visas either for 2 years in the Business Innovation Stream or 4 years in the Investor Stream and have met all prescribed criteria. 

  

After getting this visa, applicant can be:

  • Stay in Australia permanently. 
  • Work and study in Australia. 
  • Enrol in Australia’s public health care scheme, Medicare. 
  • Sponsor your relatives to come to Australia. 
  • Travel to and from Australia for 5 years. 
  • Apply for Australian citizenship, if eligible.
